| The name “Kleine Zeitung” (Little Newspaper)
is misleading. With one million readers, this newspaper is
the second biggest in Austria. Therefore it is hardly surprising
that the guest-list for the grand event “100 years of
Kleine Zeitung”, held in Graz’s city hall, read
like a ‘Who’s Who’ of Austria’s political,
cultural and economic scene. Along with Austria’s chancellor
Schüssel and Federal President Fischer, four thousand
other guests celebrated this renowned publisher’s centenary.
On a huge video screen they experienced a retrospective of
the last 100 years of Kleine Zeitung. |
