Since 2003 – An event that is held every three years for 1000 engineers from all over the world, each time with a new slogan and brand new stage performances. In contrast to the very expensive events of previous years, due to budget cuts, in 2009 customers were after a less expensive design without any loss to artistic quality. The successful solution was to link the presentations with the scientific show of the “Physikanten” that linked the specialist presentations through original physical experiments that were adapted for the customer and the subject matter.
This event, which attracts some 500 IT specialists from German companies, has been held every year since 2000 and requires the development of ever-new and breathtaking programs – especially for rounding off the conference. And where possible it should outdo the stage performances of previous years. The acts ranged from the most challenging Variety shows to spectacular art and fast-paced comedy shows.
We have designed and arranged the world’s biggest conference for industrial hydraulics for some 1000 top international clients since 2004. Following the successful programs of 2004 and 2006, with complete conference and show technology, a brand new show design was needed for 2008. Walk acts and lounge music in a pleasant bar atmosphere set the scene for the get-together evening. The presenter, Petra Sanchez, carried out the conference’s plenum event and also presented the evening gala that was held in the Frankenhalle in Nuremberg. Live images and a light show were projected onto a 35 meters wide curtain of water.
