End-of-year celebrations at Kärcher.

Kaercher-BeispielLarge evening gala event for up to 1500 employees that we have staged each year since 2006. With the debut event, Kärcher was able for the very first time – in contrast to previous years – to really wow the public. This then set high standards for the 2007 event. The “Wasserwelten” (water world) Variety show with two 50-minute parts designed specifically for the Kärcher themes water and high pressure, which included a wide variety of top-class water performances and even featured customer products on stage, was able to even raise the bar. And the 2008 event was not inferior.

FAG anniversary celebrations.

FAG-Jubilarfeier-BeispielWe have put together and designed the FAG annual anniversary celebrations since 2005 (FAG is a Schaeffler Group company). The target group comprises 200 to 300 long-serving employees and their guests. Following very successful professional shows in previous years, 2008 was the first time that the new format of the employee’s show was brought to the stage. From the very first idea to rehearsal management and choreography, to stage production, event management and technical implementation, the design includes everything that is needed for staging the perfect show. The amateurs/trainees of the company were taught the necessary basics in workshops.

Deutsche Telekom - t-online Christmas party.

T-Online-BeispielTwo events on the same evening for 1200 t-online employees in the impressive “Centralstation” culture centre in Darmstadt. Two very different programs were aimed at unleashing creativity and team spirit, and the goal was to get the company’s interests into the employee’s heads. Hair stylists with international cult status from Barcelona took this literally and without further ado transformed guests into living works of art.

Badenia-BeispielA large international Variety stage production for 800 office employees with an after-show party. The location was a luxurious and grand four-mast marquee at the company headquarters in Karlsruhe, which was specially hired and erected for the event. Enough space for a large Variety spectacle with international show acts. Bellowski, the German all-round artist stole the show with his soap bubble performance – he produced soap bubbles large enough to fit a small car inside.

Landesbank-NRW-BeispielGala event for 800 employees in cooperation with West Team Marketing GmbH featuring the slogan “Wir in unserem Element” (In our element). Accordingly, the four elements earth, water, air and fire set the theme for the first employee festival of the new Landesbank NRW. The show was presented with exactly the same richness of life that is created when these elements come together: dynamic, powerful, full of emotion and joie de vivre.

Incentive event of Scandia Investmentgesellschaft.

Skandia-BeispielIncentive event for 100 sales employees in Portugal. The winners of a sales competition of the Swedish investment company were invited to take part in a three-day golf tournament. A suitable event was held in Lisbon, which even according to the sales professionals who are used to success was one of the best experiences they have known. The energetic Brazilian Samba dancers ensured that spirits were high; Portuguese Fado music provided a sentimental contrast. The top highlight however was a mystical Variety show in the internal courtyard of an ancient monastery.

ZF Sachs cultural event for employees.

Sachs-BeispielThe 6000 employees of ZF Sachs were invited to find out all about the subject of Global Production System (GPS) and the working worlds of 2020 in a creative way and to develop visions for these. The results of the “Kunst- und Kulturfabrik” (art and cultural work), which the AG board of directors had initiated, even surprised the professionals: a two-and-a-half-hour-long varied and high-quality program showed just how creatively and intensively employees had dealt with the subject “optimized workflow”.

Wenatex-BeispielStage production of two 30-minute Variety shows for 6000 employees in the Salzburg arena for the Austrian company Wenatex. The shows were held on two consecutive evenings and guests eagerly awaited the appearance of the star guest Udo Jürgens and “Pepe Lienhard Orchester”. The entire event in Mozart’s birth city was put together in cooperation with the Salzburg agency “ARS Media”.
